Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your ditavonteeselingerie.com purchase. If your purchase doesn’t fit, if it isn’t right then you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. But there are some things you need to be sure of to be eligible for return;
- The garment must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and not damaged.
- The garment must have all the original tags and packaging in the original condition.
- You must have the receipt.
If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded after we have received the garment and have confirmed all the above conditions have been met. Refunds will be credited to you in the same currency and using the same payment method as your original purchase.
- We do not accept returns or refunds for knickers/ panties/ thongs/ G-strings
- All purchases for Sale products are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or faulty.

Returning faulty items
In the unlikely event that we inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received faulty or damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately at hello@ditalingerie.com or phone us on 61 3 94294388 so that we can waive your return shipping fee and initiate a replacement. Your replacement garment(s) will ship free of charge.

International Returns
To arrange a return please contact us at hello@ditalingerie.com and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the same currency and using the same payment method as your original purchase.
Please note Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and shipping fees are not refunded for returns. International orders cannot be exchanged.
Please allow 3 weeks for the return transit time, plus an additional 4 business days upon receipt for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account. If you provide an email address, we will email you when your return has been received.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Once you place your order online, all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong within 1-2 business days (M-F, excluding major holidays). Our shipping time is approximately 7 business days ex warehouse. Shipping and tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on the way!

Free shipping for orders of $100 and over.
