  1. How involved is Dita in her lingerie collection?
    1. Dita is completely involved in the design of her lingerie collection. Every style is conceived by her, and she has final approval on every product. Dita names every collection and every color and she wears every style to ensure that it is perfect for her customers.
  2. How do I care for my Dita Von Teese Lingerie?
    1. Each Dita product has care instructions on the garment labels and detailed by style on the website. But as a rule, we suggest that gentle hand washing is best with like colors and a mild detergent. Never wring or tumble dry. Treat your lingerie with care and it will continue to please you.
  3. When will a style be available if it is currently sold out or out of stock?
    1. Dita’s Classics are almost always in stock but sometimes demand surprises us and we may be out of a few sizes. In this case, please contact us at hello@ditalingerie.com and we will give you the best availability date.
    2. Dita’s Fashion collections are limited releases, so our advice is always to buy as they become available because they generally won’t be repeated.

Returns

  1. Why can’t I return knickers/ panties for a change of mind?
  1. You can return knickers/panties if they are faulty. But we cannot accept return for knickers/panties for hygiene reasons and sustainability reasons. We can’t re-sell knickers/panties returned to us so they would need to be sent to landfill and we are committed to reducing our contribution to landfill as part of the global focus on sustainability.

    1. Your data is safe with us. We are fully complaint with the Privacy Act in Australia. Your account and personal details are protected. To access your details on our website, you need to enter the correct password. Click here for our full Privacy policy.
  2. Are my credit card details saved?
    1. We do not save any of your payment details which means that you will need to renter them each time you place an order. This protects you.

Ordering

  1. I am not sure if I have successfully completed my order?
    1. When you have successfully completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact us at hello@ditalingerie.com and we will assist you.
  2. How can I find the latest releases and offers?
    1. Please be sure to subscribe to be a Dita “Glambassador” so we can always update you on new releases.

Promotional Codes

  1. How do I use a promotional code?
    1. You will be prompted to apply the promotional code to your order at checkout.
  2. Why won’t my promotional code work?
    1. It may have expired, been entered incorrectly or not valid if your order does not meet the terms and conditions of the promotion.
  3. Can I use more than one promotional code on an order.
    1. Only one code can be used per order.
  4. I forgot to add a promotional code to my order can it still be applied?
    1. Promotional codes can only be applied in the Checkout at time of purchase.
  5. How do I check if a promotional code has been applied to my order?
    1. It will appear in the Checkout and applied to the balance of your order.

    1. Please allow up to 7 days from shipment our warehouse. You will receive tracking details to check the progress of your delivery.
